Customer Returns & Refund Guarantee
At Zorvip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, we offer a fair return policy designed to make the process simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
To qualify, returned products must:
- Remain unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Not have been damaged, modified, or improperly used after delivery.
Products made specifically for individual customers or personalized items are generally excluded from returns unless they arrive defective.
Requesting a Return
Before shipping any product back, please contact our customer support team.

When submitting a request, please include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
Once reviewed, we will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refund Timeline
After your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The final posting time depends on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from our error or a verified product defect.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label will help us resolve your case quickly.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
Customers may return eligible products and place a new order for a replacement item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Personalized or customized products
- Digital goods
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through improper handling
